Most systems waste a ton of power just heating up the air around the glass. It&amp;rsquo;s inefficient and, frankly, expensive.&#xA;We took a different approach with our shortwave infrared (IR) lamps. Instead of warming up the whole room, these lamps aim the heat right at the glass surface.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;It’s a direct hit.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;To get glass containers up to temp quickly, you need heat that actually packs a punch. We’ve tuned our lamps to deliver concentrated shortwave radiation, which means the glass absorbs energy way &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;faster&lt;/a&gt; than it would with standard heaters.&#xA;By dialing in the wattage and voltage, we can get your containers through the heating zone and out the door much quicker. When you shave time off the process, your kWh per unit drops. Period.&#xA;Then there’s the hardware. We use high-purity quartz tubes because they can handle the constant on-and-off cycling without burning out. Inside, a halogen gas fill keeps the filament from giving up when things get scorching.&#xA;Plus, we often pair these with gold-coated reflectors. This pushes the IR energy forward into the glass rather than letting it bleed into your machine frame. The result? Your product gets hot, but your &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.net&#34;&gt;equipment&lt;/a&gt; stays cool to the touch.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The best part? You don&amp;rsquo;t have to rip everything out.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We use standard R7s and Sk15 connectors. This means you can usually just swap these in as drop-in replacements for those old, clunky heaters. You won&amp;rsquo;t need to spend a weekend rebuilding your entire electrical cabinet.&#xA;Just a heads-up, though: because these lamps are so dense, they get hot—fast.&#xA;You’ll want to double-check that your cooling fans and vents are actually doing their job. If the airflow is choked, you&amp;rsquo;re risking a blown tube, which kills any energy savings you&amp;rsquo;ve made. Give them some breathing room and keep your spacing right to avoid any weird hotspots on the glass.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
